Do you breathe using your diaphragm when exercising? That can sometimes be the difference in relaxing the mind and body to get through that last rep or finish that final sprint to the coffee shop ahead of the pack. Getting oxygen to the exercising muscles is key.

The diaphram breathing thing is key. I'm in no way an athlete, but I am nuts for spinning and I'm just starting back on the road cycling. As a former, and sometimes current, singer, the diaphram breathing that I learned there comes in handy. And it does help me make it through that last song/final climb at the end of a grueling spin class.
